Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 50(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 50(FIN) was read the third time. **The presence of Representatives Harris and Hawker was noted. 2010-03-25 House Journal Page 1880 Representatives Lynn and P. Wilson moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 50(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative P. Wilson later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 50(FIN), and reconsideration was taken up then.
